I have an Helix Lt which I’ve done 2 upgrades firmware 3.0 & 3.1 and as I see my fellow Helix owners on You Tube they have 12-string acoustic and poly capo. Mine doesn’t have that. Is there another way to get these or should’ve I received them?  driskel@me.com
