POD HD ProX not detected on Mac

Hi Line 6 users!

I'm experiencing a new issue with my POD HD Pro X (rackmount unit) and its connectivity to my Mac (Pro, early 2013)

I've been running my POD and Mac together for over a year, but just recently I found that it does not appear in audio devices in my Mac's preferences, or as an available interface/input in my DAW. Line 6 Monkey shows an established USB connection, however when I attempt a firmware update is tells me the device is no longer connected.

Has anybody else had the same issue? and if so, how did you go about solving it?

Many thanks!

I purchased the POD HD Pro X after I had already upgraded to Big Sur which Line 6 does not yet support. Line 6 Monkey will not run at all. EDIT app could not find POD even though Mac system report showed it was connected. Downloaded latest Helix drivers because they are 64-bit and installed. Problem solved. Line 6 Monkey still doesn't run but License Manager now sees POD and allowed me to authorize it. POD shows up in audio devices and Preferences.
