HX Edit communication doesn't work

Hello there,

 

i have problems with the communication between the HX Edit and the HX Stomp.

The Stomp just doesn't do what the Edit wants...

Some presets seem to be not working since the 3.0 Update.

If Iwans to export them to my favorite I get a message -8606 - Unexpected or bad data type in preset.

If want to get to these presets by double-clicking in the Edit it changes in the Stomp but not in the window of the edit.

Presets are somehow not saved though I am sure I did.

I tried to build up presets new, but that appears to become complicated, because I just don't get to that preset.

If I switch there from the previous preset, the display in edit just stays in the previous, though in the HX Stomp it changes to the next one.

Can someone help?

Did you download and install HX Edit 3.0?

When the update of the firmware to version 3.01 finished did your HX Stomp go through the “Rebuilding Presets” routine and reset itself? If not have you tried performing one of the Hardware reset options yourself? Also try restoring your presets from the backup file which you made before the firmware update.
