Keith5244
I bought an MKII HD100 and already had a shortboard. I am still trying to learn the amp and line 6 line so I failed to realize the MKII had a looper and who knows what else I missed VS an MKI. Should I be hunting for a FBV Shortboard MKII? is there software I can download to make my own presets etc? any advice or suggestions to get the most out of this amp will be appreciated. psarkissian
Yes, it will be on the Downloads page on the Line 6 website. https://line6.com/software/
Keith5244
ok I must be stupid or blind. I went to the download page and didn't see anything stating it worked with the HD100MkII or the FBV MKII. I am trying to make sure my amp and floorboard are up to date and start editing the amp. is there something I am missing? I also googled trying to download "Monkey' with no luck
Stormtrooper12
You need the FBV MKII hooked up to your SV MKII in order to communicate with a computer. The FBV is what does the talking to the computer. There may also be a way with a MIDISPORT Uno like I had to use for my Vetta II HD that you can do but that is a whole other ballgame. Stormtrooper12
By the way the built in looper in the SV MKII is only 14 seconds long, nothing to get too excited about ;-)
