dboomer Posted February 24, 2014 Share Posted February 24, 2014 Do you mean the whip antennas as supplied with the system? The answer depends on what cable you use to connect them. If you use small cable such as RG-58 or LMR-195 then I would consider 10 ' the max and 6' even better. There is a lot of loss in the cable. If you use LMR-400 or RG-8 then maybe double that distance.
