App no longer works

I have updated the amp itself, and un-installed the App from my new iphone and downloaded it again, but the App constantly says 'Device not connected'

 

It is connected via Bluetooth, in fact I have never had Bluetooth connectivity issues 

I can play music from my phone to the amp

 

I just cannot get the app to work

 

Very frustrating, has any one else had this problem ?

Hello, I think in your iPhone's Bluetooth settings, "forget" the Line 6 amp from the list of paired devices. Then, put your amp in pairing mode and re-pair it with your iPhone. This can help establish a fresh connection between the devices. Hope that my solution is useful for you

If the above solution doesn't work, you can try using cache-clearing option to remove any temporary data that may be causing conflicts. Alternatively, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app once more.
