If this is an ongoing issue, it would be best to advise CS and make them aware of it, as they cannot fix things that they don’t know exist. This is a user group, Line 6 staff do not monitor these forums and therefore it is highly unlikely that they would ever see your post regarding the problem. Hope this helps/makes sense.
