Ozzysun Posted April 11, 2021 Share Posted April 11, 2021 Greetings all, I just purchased a Helix LT used from a buddy. I'm attempting to download some awesome presets from the customtone library. It tells me that I need to register to do this. When I attempt to register the unit it is telling me that the ESN cannot be found. How can I register my new Helix LT that was previously registered? cruisinon2 Posted April 12, 2021 Share Posted April 12, 2021 If your buddy had already registered it previously, then he has to un-register it first, or you'll never be able to do it. However, I'm not sure what that has to do with Customtone anyway...afaik, you only have to be logged into the site to download stuff.
