robberns Posted April 20, 2021 Share Posted April 20, 2021 Not sure if it is just me, but I can't get an external footswitch (that was previously working for tap tempo) to set tap tempo. I can tell the footswitch is connected because if I hold the switch the tuner comes up. I set the footswitch in Global settings to be Tempo/Tuner, and have the delay time in the preset set to 1/4 Notes. Just cannot get the switch to actually change the delay time/tempo. rd2rk Posted April 20, 2021 Share Posted April 20, 2021 Make sure you're using HX Edit v3.1, and that the FW (not just the # on the bottom of HX Edit) is v3.1. Do a full backup, a factory reset and restore. If you still have the problem, check the cable. Finally, try a different switch.
