phil_m
Have you tried setting them both to different channels? Have you opened a support ticket here?
priest65
I am using a G70 guitar, the transmitter and receiver have suddenly stopped communicating. Channel settings don't help. Is there a way to fix the FW, or ???
rsto10
Same problem. Started having dropouts over a year ago. Kept getting worse and worse. Opened a ticket. Sent in the unit. This was beginning of August. They told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it and were going to send it back to help me trouble shoot. It was never sent back. After NUMEROUS posts on my ticket, finally in September someone said they'd check with shipping. More messages sent with no response from Line 6. Finally, I JUST received my unit back in the box I sent it to them. After receiving it back, it won't connect at all to either of my two transmitters. It's just a big paperweight. Why did it stop working? Why wouldn't they fix it? It came back worse than when I sent it. There's no way they did extensive testing on it. It's a brick with pretty flashing lights. Also, why have new ones disappeared from retailers when you can still get the older G50/55. Why are they no longer selling or even attempting to service the G70/75??
