chrisspenceratx Posted May 5, 2021 Share Posted May 5, 2021 I'm using a helix floor with the latest firmware at 3.11. I assigned effects from a given rig to appropriate footswitches, but the footswitches aren't lighting up when you press them. They do engage the correct effect when you hit the switch so it sounds fine, but it's strange that it's not visually lighting up the footswitch. Any direction? Is it just a software glitch that will be fixed soon? Also, I've tried activating the buttons on the helix without my usb cable connected to it (and hx edit running) and it's still doing the same thing.
