Portamento effect on Helix?

Hey peeps.  I could have sworn I stumbled upon a portamento effect in the past, but can't find it anymore.  Is there such a thing on the Helix?  Basically, if you play individual notes, it converts them into a glissando effect...

Are you referring to the PolyWham effect?

Poly Wham is great.  I was talking about an effect that if you play notes, Helix connecting them with a glissando effect.

Portamento it's based on a slew limiter algorithm (or circuit) that does interpolate two voltages, so it's pretty much connected to CVs and Synths. You can't do that to just audio, without a conversion to Control Voltages, and Helix doesn't do that. Unless you don't convert audio to Pitch to CV, you can't do any portamento.

Nope - don't think that's in the Helix - maybe you imagined it?  :)

The drummer must have been the "Lucky Man" - the only one left.  Great 3 piece outfit in their time, Keith and Greg are both sadly missed.

OMG, they were an incredible band. I listened to ELP and King Crimson and Genesis over and over and over.
