I know there was an issues before the firmware update, but my device was using the newest firmware. And since I live in Germany bought it from Amazon 6 month ago, there is not even a way to get warranty. And here is a Yamaha offical page for contact, https://line6.com/find/distributor the phone number never works All EU countries are using the same Germany number which I cannot reach (keep saying num don't exist) Does Yamaha even know this is how their EU branch works?
