Room reverb for an amp room sound

You'll have much more success if you learn about it on your own.  Just go to each setting and adjust them one at a time all the way up and then all the way down so you can hear and learn what each parameter does.  Do that on each one a few times so you understand what's happening.  Once you have that sorted out in your mind, adjust to your own taste.

Experiment! There are no magic settings that work in all circumstances.

Use the LOOPER as the first block and record a short guitar bit, Then fiddle around with the reverb parameters - especially with PREDELAY which can change how the guitar sounds due to phase interaction in the 0-40ms range.

There are no magic, one-size-fits-all reverb parameters. Even if you're trying to recreate a sound ultra-specific to a certain tune, achieving it will depend largely on what you're listening through...headphones,  studio monitors, etc etc. With the latter, if you're in a particularly "live" room with lots of natural reflections, you'll need far less reverb than if you're listening in a dead, carpeted room with a big fluffy couch, or monitoring with headphones.

Just start fiddling with the parameters of whatever reverb you've chosen, and get used to what each setting does. "Knobulate" to taste...
