kringle Posted September 9, 2021 Share Posted September 9, 2021 I have the latest 3.11 firmware and I constantly have double-skips when changing banks up or down. silverhead Posted September 9, 2021 Share Posted September 9, 2021 The earlier bug was restricted to moving between Bank 32 and Bank 1 and it has been fixed. If you are experiencing this during movement from random banks it is a new issue, and afaik only applies to you. Sounds like hardware. Open a support ticket. It seems to happen more often when switching bank direction, e.g. going up 8 banks is fine, but if I go down one bank after going up it double-skips;. And vice versa.
