Assigning 2 effects to one button so they ping/pong on/off?

I've watched John's video to exactly do this. However the button is doing the opposite of what I want to do. Let me explain.

I have both a Distortion and a Chorus effect assigned to button FS1. What I want is this. FS1 "On" means it's lit, and "Off" means it's not lit.

FS1   |  Distortion. | Chrorus

-------------------------------------------

On     |  Off               | On

Off     | On                | Off

But this is what's happening

FS1   |  Distortion. | Chrorus

-------------------------------------------

On     |  On               | Off

Off     | Off               | On

Any clues as to what I'm doing wrong? Thanks

.

First and foremost - it doesn't really matter if the light is on/off or off/on, as long as you know that light on means X and light off means Y. Am I wrong. Each click turns something on and something off. So it isn't really like an on-off button. It is a position lit and position unlit button.

However, to answer the question  -

the light is based on the first effect in the chain. If you want the light to work in the opposite direction, swap block positions.

It's just a preference - I wanted the chorus to be on then the light is on. But yes you answered the question, and your solution worked. Thanks.
