macguitarman Posted October 22, 2021 Share Posted October 22, 2021 I am coming from the acoustic world where we use very nice mic/line 500 series preamps prior to recordings, even electric bass as well... I am sure this is possible on the HX Stomp, but I am getting hiss out of my preamps, which are (Camden 500) and very, very quiet.... I have the HX Stomp volume very low, and still hiss... rd2rk Posted October 23, 2021 Share Posted October 23, 2021 In Global settings INS/OUTS, set the inputs to LINE. There's no separate Input pad on the HXS.
