magicofrob Posted November 11, 2021 Share Posted November 11, 2021 It was working good, then one day.... it crashed when I opened music library in the app. It pulls up my music but crashes when I open a song. So I can't use tone matching anymore. I tried on my wife's phone and it did the same thing. We both use android. Any idea how I can fix this? Stephenes Posted December 17, 2021 Share Posted December 17, 2021 When I go to check my windows setting, he appear as a usb device but I got a driver failure message. So I download the latest driver here and instal it but dont change a thing. Anyone know what it is and how to fix it??? I have tried to join the support team via a support ticket but for a reason I don't know I can't pass the first stage (search problem), I only got a loading logo and nothing change after few minutes.
