letterk
Recently got a new Mac mini. Was able to get Helix Native running fine in GarageBand with Rosetta. Found I had the problem where 100% of presets were "premium" and give the error "Failed to load preset. Cound not decrypt the asset." when trying to use. Read the help posting here on how to reset the stock setlist. So now all the stock presets are available and loading again. I can import all my custom presets without too much effort. But all the "New Presets" are still showing the gold pick and unable to use. How do I get those reset?
rvroberts
I’m going to make a guess here….. load an old preset that works, remove everything, rename it to something like empty, and copy to all the extra slots
letterk
I suppose that could work but there are hundreds of those. Was hoping for something more time friendly.
silverhead
You can copy multiple presets simultaneously so you can proceed exponentially. After copying the first preset you then have two presets you can copy in a single operation to make four, then eight, etc. Not ideal but much more time friendly.
