Pod HD Tap Tempo not working despite flashing

Can anyone tell me how to get the TAP tempo to actually work on my pod HD?

I'm trying to set the speed of the opto tremolo and it's not doing anything.

The flashing does change when I tap it, but the sound does not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the Time setting in the tremolo block parameters. Make sure it is set to a note value (responds to the Tap Temp switch) rather than a millisecond (ms) fixed value.

Thank you for your reply, much appreciated.

Could you tell me how/where I can access the tremolo block parameters so I can make these changes?

When I go into the tremolo settings, this is what comes up (see pic)...

The controller options are Off, EXP 1, EXP 2 or Tweak but nothing to let me set it to tap.

Not sure where I can change things to note value rather than ms, that info doesn't seem to be accessible.

I have a feeling I'm doing something wrong.

If I tap the tempo button the BPM on screen changes but it doesn't actually change the tempo.

To actually hear the tempo change, the effect's "tempo sync" must be enabled by choosing a note value from the dedicated menu.

If you are not using the editor, directly on the device choose a note value instead of milliseconds for the effect's tempo (or speed) parameter.
