kurtcobainfan Posted May 2, 2022 Share Posted May 2, 2022 I recently updated my HX effects unit to the newest firmware update, (3.15 I believe) but it won't turn on anymore... (Had to find that out during rehearsal...) It did turn on once or twice since I updated it, so I'm not sure if that's the problem. (But I did find it strange) The power supply still seems to give power, so that can't be it. Bought the unit secondhand, and since I'm located in the Netherlands, I don't think sending it back to Line 6 will be an option for me... : ( Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The usual suggestion for trying to fix things is a Factory Reset to try to blow the bugs out, but if you can’t get it to power up then you really are stuck. (Factory Reset - Hold down FS6 and TAP while turning the power on.) As your unit is pre-owned it is probably out of warranty, but you could still try to have it repaired by the official Line 6 -Yamaha Guitar Group service centre in the Netherlands.
