MogensF Posted June 6, 2022 Share Posted June 6, 2022 I can open HX Edit. When I connect to the HX Stomp, plugging in the USB cable, HX Edit says "Connecting" for a few seconds. Then it crashes... I have restarted HX Stomp and my laptop, still the problem persists. They are both updated to 3.15.0. What to do? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
silverhead Posted June 6, 2022 Share Posted June 6, 2022 Double check that both are at firmware v3.15. Note that HX Edit’s main display shows the firmware version of the connected device. You need to use the About… item in the HX Edit Help menu to determine the version of the HX Edit program.
