Everything looks good except the top right foot switch (switch D) has no capacitive functionality. The other functions of the switch are OK. All of the other switches work fine. I flashed the firmware, turned the capacitive setting on and off a few times in the systems settings and still the same issue. Otherwise it's in brand new condition. Anyone else ever see this?
