Path One Not Working?

For some reason the top path is always silent, regardless of the settings.

For instance, if I set path one to "guitar" input and "1/4" output, there is no sound at all.

However, if I set path 2 to the exact same "guitar" input and "1/4" output, the effects on that line work just fine.

Has anyone encountered this issue, or is there a common fix for this problem? Even if I set a clean line with no effects, straight input to output, it does not work on path 1 but the same exact settings work perfectly fine on path 2.

Thanks

I'm pretty sure you have a misconfigured preset.  Try a default preset.  You can have the top path going "nowhere", that's why you don't hear anything.

He states that he's setting the Output to 1/4". Unless he's setting the Input on Path 1 and the Output on Path 2 without setting the Path 1 Output to Path 2...

He also states that setting up Path 2 identically to Path 1 works fine, so I don't think that's what's happening.
