Variax JT batteries
I found some camera batteries that look the same as the Variax batteries: NP-F550/F570. Same form factor, same 7.4 voltage. Why won't they work? Seems to slide right in, no response from the Variax.
DO NOT use those. Have had nothing but problems with those.
Your timing is good, had a JTV come in today, guitar was fine, the battery failed.
And it was one those.
Use the actual Line 6 battery, or you're taking a risk with your Variax.
