FIREHAWK FX APP not login to Line6 Server - Must have an answer

Always internet connection error.
Right usernname and password.
Is it a serious line6 customer care service?
No way to have back or save new patches. And without having the login, stops you to use the "clouds" icon (to name for example the patches)

Trying to login with app to get access to my tones. Not possible, always comes back with 'no internet connection'.I am able to login my account here, so the problem is not with my connection. My passwords does not contain strange symbals. Does the firehawk fx app not work with android devices any more or what else is the problem? Please help, it frustrates me heaps! Thanks in advance.

This is happening to me now as well.  No special characters,  - password and email used to work fine but now I always get "internet connection error" .    So I can't  name patches which is incredibly confusing and really not practical. 

 

Did you ever find a solution or get any support ticket response?
