helix with studio monitors

I currently have my helix connected to 2 Yamaha HS7 studio monitors.  I would like to try and incorporate my headstrong as a center speaker on the floor. I connected it thru the 1/4 jack and it plays fine with the system. Is there a way for me to cut some of the highs out of just that speaker.

Global EQ can be applied to 1/4" and XLR, but not either/or.

Using an EQ block in a split path you can use the XLR Outs at the end of one and a 1/4" (with the L/Mono Out) at the end of the other.

An interesting use of the HR and HS7s is to use the HR as the dry component of a WDW configuration by placing a SEND between the PRE and POST amp FX like this:

Guitar>Helix Input>OD/Dist/Mod>Amp>SEND (to HR)>Mod/Delay/Reverb>XLR to HS7

Actually, they can be either/or :)

From page 63 (Global EQ section) of the manual....

"Global EQ is applied to all setlists and presets and can be heard from the 1/4" outputs, XLR outputs, or both."

I keep mine set to XLR outs which is my FRFR. The 1/4" outs go to a DI prior to heading to the FOH/Monitors.

I found where you could apply EQ to 1/4 outputs only.

That's the answer!
