VST - type imports into POD Go?

Analogue dinosaur in a digital world.  This may seem obvious to many, but could I import effects into the Go that are not already in there?  Eg for a live situation (cover band across lots of genres) it would be great if I could hit a pre-set that gave me a fretless, or upright simulation, say taken from the modo bass VST.  Also other effects such as certain synths or strings.  This would make the Go immensely powerful IMO, despite only having the single signal chain.

No. There are few products on the market that have attempted to allow that sort of thing, but they are pretty limited. It’s not a simple thing to port a VST plug-in into a piece of hardware.
