philspencer Posted February 4, 2023 Share Posted February 4, 2023 Hi (I have already submitted a ticket for this - but thought I'd see if anyone else had come across this issue) I set up for a gig last night and soundchecked fine, then moments before our show I noticed the Helix's screen was off but the footswitch lights and scribble strips were all as normal. I turned it off and on again and it simply wouldn't boot up again (and still won't this morning). Nothing displays on the screen and the strips are lit up but blank - no footswitch light. I have tried turning on with factory reset switches held (and other combos - safe boot mode etc) to no avail. Obviously tried different IEC leads and power outlets at the venue. Have just tried plugging into laptop and Helix is not found. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
