Beacher Posted February 6, 2023 Share Posted February 6, 2023 I have a DT25 Head & 2 Cabs. I love the dam thing. My only concern at this juncture is the potential "transformer" issue. My understanding is that if that transformer blows, the amp is a complete brick since you can't get a replacement transformer for it. Can anyone clarify that? The follow up question is if anyone has figured out a workaround for a blown transformer on these amps? I really like this amp. It is going to be a really sad day if/when the transformer goes. psarkissian Posted February 6, 2023 Share Posted February 6, 2023 There wasn't a transformer issue with the 25's, it's was with the fuse on a the transformer with the 50's. Fuse damage could damage transformer on the 50's. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
