AaronJewrall
Hey, guys, about five or six years ago I purchased a line 6 ux1 and pod farm. My computer recently crashed and I got a new one (Macbook Pro). Anyways, in the passing years, I have lost my original box for the equipment and I am trying to find out if there are downloads available for me to get the ux1 and pod farm working on the new computer. Is that possible without having to purchase new software or anything?
TheRealZap
yes just go here and get monkey: http://line6.com/software/
AaronJewrall
yes just go here and get monkey: http://line6.com/software/ Thank you, man! And, forgive my ignorance, but that will allow me to add the driver (I think that's what I am referring to) to get the UX1 to work on my new computer while also allowing me to use the Pod Farm even though I have no clue what my registration/key was because it was so many years ago that I purchased it? Again, forgive me. haha. I am incredibly dense when it comes to this sort of stuff. Thank you so much for your help!
TheRealZap
yes that will help you get everything. then there is a license manager component to authorize the UX1. you won't need any codes etc. just log in with your line6 account.
mrjewrall
Ok, I am now using the account I made in 09 when I purchased the UX1. I am trying to register it now through the Monkey and this is the error I keep getting. There was an errorESN could not be verified. Please confirm the supplied USN. ( Error: 523)
TheRealZap
I'm not sure what that means, i would call (fastest) or open a support ticket (3 business days) http://line6.com/company/contact/
