silverhead Posted May 5, 2023 Share Posted May 5, 2023 That’s not behaving properly. The top display should not be as difficult to see as you describe. If it’s a brand new unit under warranty or trial period take it back for replacement. If it was purchased used in as-is condition you will need to contact an authorized Line 6 service Center for repair. Alternatively, if you’re ambitious and a little handy you can take it apart to expose a ribbon connector for the display panel and inspect it for damage. Make sure the connector is tightly seated. PierM Posted May 6, 2023 Share Posted May 6, 2023 Yes it's normal. The top LCD on the Helix Rack foot controller isnt the same type as the scribble strips that are high contrast backlit.
