The Mixer Block is automatically created when a Split Block is placed in the Signal Path. The Mixer Block provides a means of merging (or mixing) the Split Signal Path back into the Primary Signal Path if needed. AFAIK, there is no way to remove the Mixer Block while a Spilt Block remains.

When the mixer is in that path B position it doesn't do anything. Not sure why it is even shown.

Based on the settings in the screenshot it’s not doing anything, but it could be used to set the Path B level and pan, or overall level. I presume that’s why it’s shown.

I find it interesting that the Mixer block seems to know it’s not in Path A. It has set that level to zero, unless the OP did that.

"Drag this up to re-merge the paths". Also what @silverheadsaid about panning and levels.

It doesn't do stuff - I tested it. It's only reason of existence on path B seems to be to have an object to grab and relocate to path A.

You're right, the controls are there but dimmed out. There doesn't seem to be a way to pan Path B stereo FX hard L/R, just either/or. Weird.

Actually it makes sense, the panning is done in HW. Just no way to control the levels separately.
