mastervolume11 Posted April 26, 2014 Share Posted April 26, 2014 Anybody else think the Marshall cab models equipped with G12M and Blackback when used with the 1959slp Plexi sound extremely pushed like they would in real life based on their wattage rating and the high output of the plexi? I thought this before I learned the wattage ratings. The 1959slp is rated 100 clean watts, so when cranked it outputs a little less than 200 watts. The blackbacks and g12Ms are rated about 25 watts per speaker. Is this modeler so advanced that it accurately recreates a 200 watt amp powering a 4x12 rated at 100 watts? Sure sounds like it to me...
