Hoopington Posted May 6, 2014 Share Posted May 6, 2014 Hi there I am trying to update my HD500 to firmware version 2.1 and have no idea how. Let me explain where I am, apologies for my retardation: I downloaded a p18.phf file, that my WIndows 7 machine has no idea what to do with and it's not a file type that even Google knows. I have downloaded the check sum utility, whatever that is. When I load the p18 file into the checksum utlity, it gives me the same ID that is displayed on the download page, YAY! That's it, that's as far as I can get. Apologies for asking what is a basic question, but I cannot find instructions anywhere, I'm crap at hide and seek too. Thanks in advance.
