nibbana Posted May 8, 2014 Share Posted May 8, 2014 Hello there, My UX1 randomly cuts out. This is actually quite frequent. Probably every 30 minutes to an hour. When the cut-out happens, I hear a well timed popping every 10 seconds or so. The only way that I have found to fix it, is to unplug the usb cable from the back and plug it back in. It immediately starts working again, no PC restart needed. It is plugged directly into a USB3.0 port. Nothing about it's connection or drivers have changed when this started to happen, so I am a bit at a loss as to how to troubleshoot it. I have already disabled the USB suspend setting.
