(Code 8000000A( An undefined error occurred: Try the update again, making sure the cables are still connected. Pretty frustrated. Any help is appreciated. fflbrgst Posted June 18, 2014 Share Posted June 18, 2014 Not sure about the error code, but updating the firmware can lead to issues, that's for sure. First youneed to me sure you have the current verison of Monkey. Then update your FBV firmware (do not connect the amp to the FBV when doing this. Then update the Spider firmware.
