petewise Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 Having trouble getting my fx100 set up. The device pairs with the fx100 but nothing I do in the app affects the tone in the fx100. It keeps telling me to update the firmware. I have done this and it says successful, but it still continues to say version 1 and that I should update. Triryche Posted July 16, 2014 Share Posted July 16, 2014 Are the ujpdates taking ~30 to 45 minutes? After updating, please try deleting the AMPLIFi Remote app from your iOS7 device and reinstall. If you are still having issues please submit a support ticket or give Line6 a call.
