looper does not work pod 500

I have a 500 and a pod pod 500x in 500 looper not simply writes ...
already checked all the configurations ... the 500x works.
anyone had this problem?

I have the same problem, and I'm at my wit's end with this problem. Don't know what to do either, no one seems to have heard of the problem.

Hmm, I've had my 500 for nearly 3 years and my Looper has always worked.

You do have to be right on with your timing when hitting the switches to start, end or over-dub.

But I admit I can't understand ric1 comments.

Have you read the manual, it's helpful to do so. ;)

Can you be more specific about what, exactly, the problem is? I too have difficulty understanding what 'not simply writes' means. Please provide details.

After going crazy for a while, I figured out the problem: the volume of the looper was 0. It was hard to catch because the display doesn't do a good job at showing things clearly, but that was the problem.
