bcbeast Posted August 24, 2014 Share Posted August 24, 2014 Hello, Is there any other Spider users out there that think the distortion tone on the II seems too be more "brutal" than the distortion tone on the IV??? I have set the bass,mid,treble etc. the same and engaged the over drive function, engaged noise gates & both on insane green.But the II seems to be the better tone??? Software on the IV is 1.02 (have not updated as yet but will this week). Also the insane green channel on the IV seems to have a slight reverberation at the end of palm muting power chords at times even when the reverb is not active? Not as tight sounding of the II.
