If you select one you get the error "Load failure (0x17f5faf0) I have the 1.01 flash update installed. I have rebooted both the amp and the iPhone. phil_m Posted October 30, 2014 Share Posted October 30, 2014 You have to do a factory reset of the amp to get these to show up. To do that, press and hold Master Volume knob and Tone button as you power up the amp. If it doesn't work the first time, try it again. No info in supplied manual?Anything outside the 4 presets available on the tone button is accessed via the app. Edit: or the FBV footboard. You can't access them directly through the amp controls.
