The Recover from update failure routines have been posted on this forum more times than I wish to remember.   When asking for assistance from other users, it's a big help to know exactly which HX hardware unit, you are trying to update, along with your computer and OS.   I'm going to guess it's a Helix floor model, and that the firmware that it had installed (prior to your failed attempt to update) was v2.80 or earlier. That would probably be the reason for the "Boot Failure"
