Thanks off the assistance! when I plug it into my desk top...I get the same noise. when I unplug the USB, it stops, so I think it is power interference. Has anyone had this issue? is there a work around? the noise is just too strong to work with. any help? Thanks

I know this has probably been asked before, but I am getting a terrible line noise or buzz when I connect my Floor unit to my Mac Book. it is only when the computer is plugged into a power outlet. What am I doing wrong? how can I fix it. I want to leave the MacBook connected to power due to a weak battery. Thanks for the help.
