I live in Taiwan, and my friend bought me Line 6 Helix Native as a present. But when I try to enter the activation code it says 54642-activation-code-has-already-been-redeemed-error-8727/ My friends name is John Mackenzie who purchased it through Sweetwater, my name is Bruce Niblett. What should I do to get it working? Thanks
