Thanks psarkissian, I'm able to log in now. I reckon the issue was related to my account rather than power outage as it didn't affect everyone. I'm experiencing different kind of problem (can't buy the software due to failing post code validation) but it's being discussed on the support ticket so I guess this topic can be closed.

http://shop.line6.com/ has been like that for 3 days now. Anyone with the same problem? My support ticket remains unanswered. Update: it happens only when I'm logged in.
