    Thanks. I've been on 1.3 since it came out. It didn't start doing the volume drop until last week. Still will do the reset and repatch. Thanks again.

    Any luck on the factory reset? This has now happened to me on two rehearsals and I need to get it resolved. Factory reset, then update to current version?
