Thank you. I'm using a set of Bose Noise canceling headphones (wired, of course). I double checked my global settings and they were as you stated. I've now submitted a support ticket.

Did that to no avail. Also, I'm on FW 3.02.

Can someone point me in the correct direction? When I plug my headphones into the unit, there is either 1.huge latency 2. I hear mostly the effects, or 3. The volume is very low. 4. a combination of all of those. What am I doing wrong?
