Wondering why I can't set polyphonic pitch to a before the amp block position? In normal pitch mode I can but not with the new polyphonic stuff.

Trying to contact support. Accidently purchased Helix Native twice due to a glitch on the line 6 website or my browser. I have put in a support ticket but no one has reached out to me yet. Hope I can get one of the purchases refunded.
