Hello all, I recently purchased a Firehawk FX. i have updated the firmware to the latest level, and got the Bluetooth to work on my android. however, when i connect the Fire-wire USB and try to record anything, the input level is maxed out. I've tried lowering the level via Windows but it doesn't have any effect on it. the only way to lower the input volume is with the volume pedal. this takes the tone away from the input. any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
