Un-installing and reinstalling worked. I'll give the helix update another go tomorrow. I'm guessing I should have restarted before installing the updater the first time. Thanks for the help.

I am a new Helix owner. Just had a go at updating the Helix firmware without any luck. I've downloaded and installed in the following order: Helix v1.02 installer,exe line6Driver2Helixv1.77Installer.exe line6Updater1.07installer.exe I'm using windows 10 (64bit) with latest updates installed. Helix app seems to work ok. The updater starts but doesn't get as far as opening a window, task manager shows no CPU activity for the program. I've tried launching with helix connected, and unconnected. No difference. Rebooted, still no joy. I also have line 6 software installed for my pot x3. Some instructions would have been useful. What have I missed?
